OUR COACHING AND FACILITATION STYLE
We believe in holistic coaching, which means that mental and physical wellness has a place at work. We make sure to incorporate reflection and self-inquiry into our methods. Our classes will be a ‘flipped classroom’ approach, where we give you content before session to read and digest, and then bring questions and time to practice and apply the content in our meetings.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
We built this for new[ish] team leads or managers who haven’t had much formal leadership training or are facing challenges they’d like to improve upon.
If you aren’t in the tech space, you can still inquire and meet with us to see if it would meet your goals.
If you aren’t a manager yet, but are working towards a promotion, you are also welcome to inquire.
*This is also a queer and gender identity affirming space, and welcomes all diverse backgrounds, identities, and learning styles. We try our best to accommodate neurodivergent learners and requests to ensure successful experiences.*
